Abstract

Burn injury remains a significant medical and economic problem. Patients with burn disease have a high complication rate and high mortality. This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of patients with burn shock and multiple organ failure in patients with thermal trauma. In addition, some aspects of pathogenesis are highlighted, and high-tech methods are considered.
